I want to add another sim card/ phone number to my account for my other kid. I have one subscription and account. Do I just order another sim? Or can I order an eSIM (want to make sure I don't order a Replacement card) ?

Thanks. I didn't know you could order from Amazon. Will be here Wednesday. 👍

Hello @Joris
In my opinion, eSIM if that option is available on the phone they are getting, I'd go that route. You know kids lose things and if they do, then the eSIM replacement is free. No need to wait for a physical sim card to show up. Plus, it leaves the physical sim slot open for other providers if needed.

Hi @Joris,
Public Mobile only permits you to have 1 account/phone number for every email address. If you would like to provide your other child a phone number, you would need to register it under another email account + purchase a new Sim

each Public Mobile account is separate...no family or sharing plans. Your kid needs to download the app to their cellphone, create an account (and buy an esim) and activate the new plan with a new number. If hard sim is required, see if you can get a sim from Amazon for $5 with fast shipping.. free shipping if you or friend has a Prime account. See if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area as they have the PM sims available too.
Kid's account will need a separate email address from yours.
