Sim card online order never show up

I have placed an sim card online order, it has been two weeks but I still have not received anything, and I no longer have time to wait. How can I get it refund ?

it will show up, one more week 

you waiting to activate? or replace broken one?

They won't refund SIM card purchases, @yaoalex  (unless you DON'T receive it after several weeks... then they might)

 

Use this store locator to find a location which may sell one.   Call ahead and ensure they have in stock.  Then you'll have a spare when the one through Canada Post finally arrives - always a good idea for a spare in case original one becomes lost/stolen/damaged.

 

You can also use the spare to refer someone you know and each save some money!!!

@yaoalex - said to take 10 working days, if it goes beyond that contact CSA to let them know.
