Sim card no delivered

I ordered a sim card on May 21st. I was told it will arrive by the end of June 9 week. But it's not here. Can I get me money back?

Will see if it can be arrived on June 21st since they have helped to placed another order today.

Sorry, I mean May 15th not 25th. First ordered on April 25th not arrive then they re- ordered another one on May 15th still not arrive and tole me non refundable

It's way more than month still not arrive

@222kavitaag i had the same situation but my re-order came normal time, 5 days.  So, I guess you have ground to push.  Emphasis the fact you are not waiting an order from only May 25tu, but from April 25th!!

Message them and report us good news

@eyye May 25th isn't that long ago, when you could working/business days. SIM cards normally come regular letter via Canada post. But, now that you've found this post, you can submit a ticket to CSA if it goes beyond much longer.

Mine order on April 25th not arrive! Then submitted a ticket and they re-ordered another one for me on May 25th,  but still no arrive.

BTW, I can just take a photo of the serial number so you can register the sim immediately...then put the sim in your phone when it arrives and ready to go. PM me you address and I can mail it out today.

Hey. Thank for texting. If you can tell me where you are located, I can find out how long it'll take for it to reach me if you mailed it out this weekend. It's no use to me if it reaches after the 15th June. Thanks.

We can't give you your money back @222kavitaag , because we are not Public Mobile representatives. If you submitted a ticket a week ago to CS_Agent, that is who you should be asking this to.

I ask because I have a new PM sim that's a spare. I could mail it to you if you want it. I can take a picture of the sim serial number and you can get your PM account started right away.

Then you can send me the one that's in the mail.

PM me if you want to do this.

@222kavitaag   give PM another chance. Message support again and tell them you didn't receive it.  They might offer the choice for you to buy in person from local Telus/Koodo stores and reimburse you the cost after.  It is the best option to take.

I did open a ticket last week - that's when I was informed that it will arrive by the end of June 9 week. On the website, it said 5-10 business days. My current provider will be discontinued on the 15th June. That's why I had ordered the sim card well in advance. If the website said 3 weeks or more - I would have e chosen another provider. It looks like the sim card won't arrive before th 15 June. So can I get me money back?

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

it could take as long as 3 weeks for it to arrive via Canada Post.
