Sim card late

My sim card that I ordered from public is a week late and I can't open a ticket without my account number which wasn't on the confirmation email when I opened this account. It took my credit card information but now I'm in limbo with no sim, no account info and a charge for the purchase. 

What's my next step here? I don't live near a store that sells public mobil sim cards.

What date did you order the PM Sim card?  PM does not process orders on weekend and holidays.  According to website, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive.  

If more than 10 business days, then you can contact customer service agent. Otherwise, you will need to wait. Unforunately, no tracking number. Usually Canada post delivery.

@LeonTheLimey  The billing won’t start until you actually activate the sim in the app but also note 

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
