Hi,
I'm getting a message about my sim card, it says: "emergency calls only. sim card not available." It works only when I reboot the phone, but the message appears again after some time (sometimes even after a few minutes). I even take out the sim card and put it in again and it works for some time, but then I get the error message again. It has been happening for a few months now. I think I registered with Public Mobile in December 2017. I might need to get a replacement sim card.
I have a Motorola Moto G phone.

Definitive test would be to try your SIM in another unlocked phone when that message appears, though I agree an account issue, or the phone itself, seems more likely.

Is this a new phone? Or the same one you have had since joining PM?
Also, did your renewal date just pass?
