@mjrob SIM locations: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator
Call before setting out. Not all locations will stock PM SIMs.

It's been 14 days. It's just weird since my wife's phone and sim card came within the first week. My sim was ordered at the same time. Thanks

Thank you, I was told at the mobile place that Public no longer deals retail. My wife's phone came quickly with a sim card. Mine was ordered the same day. I can try and see if we have a corporate location here.

Hi @mjrob how many days?
it could take 5 to 3 weeks. if over 10 business days, try submit ticket with CS agent and ask for update
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@mjrob , if you have put in a ticket monitor your private message inbox for a response to the ticket. The CSAs will likely redo the order.

you wait for the customer support agents to respond.
You will know they have when there is a little red number on the envelope icon in the upper right of your community screen.
Adding: it can take many weeks to receive a SIM card. If you need one sooner, you can always pick one up at a corporate Telus or Koodo or mobile klinic location. Best to call ahead first to see if they have any in stock.
