The problem im having is that I lost my phone and I need the same number with the original sim card but I never made an account with public online before and I don't remember what email i put.

both numbers you posted are with PM?  Both are supposed to be working (except you lost the old SIM)?

it is possible you never create an accont for the old number, if you activated in store long time ago

I think you really need to submit a ticket and let agent to sort it out

@Ashley12 - if you are asking if you can swap a different (lost) SIM CARD number with a new SIM CARD number, yes you can. That is the main purpose of this method.

You need to use an email to have an account...

@Ashley12  Did you join PM in store awhile back ? And if so then it’s possible you never did create a my account before in that case you would need support help to create one , but first you ma need to get a SIM card , try calling local Telus Koodo store for in stock …. And get support to SIM card swap for you and help create your account at the same time

@Ashley12 - if you never created an online account, you likely activated in store at one point.

You can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, type 'customer support' to get methods to Public Mobile representatives to help you register for My Account.

Once you are in My Account, and then obtain a new SIM Card see below for next steps:

and you created a EverSafe id yet?
