My account currently says that it is on hold because my subscription ended but i didn’t choose to end it and it is still working. What does this mean and how can i fix it?

HI@Melanie33 if you still have service now, then yes, it will change to a activate status later
if you don't have the service now, you have to follow what I said above to pay and restart the service

HI @Melanie33 it is payment issue
call *611 and make a manual payment if you know the 4 digits pin
or login My Account and make the payment to restart subscription
or go to Shoppers drug mart or Shell, but a voucher and load the voucher using *611 to restart the service first

@Melanie33 If services are still working and it says this and todays your renewal you can ignore it , the system just hasn’t updated yet
