My SIM card did not arrive and it has been more than 10 business days.
Should I order a new one? Or is it going to take more time?

PM normally take 3-10 days to ship out then it is up to Canada Post to deliver to you.
It could take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
If you are in a rush, go to your local Telus/Koodo store and pick one up.
