How can I add roaming to my phone for 10 days if the system won't recognize my email address?

it's better not buy it add-ons US, will not works right go to any store buy prepaid US sim card from walmart,

you cannot change your Account email address yourself.  You have to open ticket with PM support and ask them to change it for you

@tprystan1   you can still buy via *611 if you know your 4 digits PIN

But the best way to do is to get your My Account login back first

Since it does not recognize your email , you cannot use the Reset Password there, you will need to open ticket with PM support:

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Do you have a credit card saved on your account? If you do have one saved there, see if you an add it by dialing 611.  Remember that the roaming add-on's 10 days starts immediately after purchase.  

As for your Self Serve account, did you activate at a store and never created the Self Serve account?
