Sim Cards Not working

I ordered 2 sim cards a little while back so that when I was ready to switch to public that I would have them.  When I got them and tried to use them, they don't work and I've now wasted 20 dollars.  How do I get this either up and running or returned so I can get my money back?

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "sim rebate/refund"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

The ordering and receiving of SIM's does not give you service. You need to also activate them and make an account.

Sounds obvious and of course you probably did but these things have to be asked.

 

Edit: the account created during ordering the SIM's from here is not an activation account.

@jp1987  What do you mean when you say they don't work?  Do you get an invalid sim number error during activation? Where did you purchase the cards from?
