Sim Card for new activation

Bought a physical sim at the store this evening. Tried to sign up for subscription but it says sim card already in use. Store won't assist. Anyone know why this won't work?

this is something you need to work with the store directly

but since the store refuse to help, try to see if PM agent can help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
