@Atfolade65  - what do you mean you are not allowed? Do you access to this email any longer?

If you do not have access to the email, then yes, you will need to contact CSA by methods provided by @Spudster .

OR, are you having finicky website issues?

Try clear your browser's cache/cookies, or try a different browser.

Even try opening a tab in incognito mode to see if that helps. Or use a completely different device.

See some more information in the Help Articles for review.

Did you have the sim card for awhile and damage it or was it a new one sent to you that came damaged. Either way Canadian Cell Supplies is an amazing option for a new one

Well that could pose a challenge,  @Atfolade65, if you can't receive SMS confirmation on the old SIM card.

Customer Support Agents can help.  There are 2 ways to reach them:

  1. Create a support ticket by clicking  here , then type Support Ticket, then select Contact Us, then select the topic that more closely matches your requestThen click  Click here to submit a ticket , or,

@Atfolade65   first advise, do not get from PM online, it takes long for them to deliver

Go to get it from a mobile store for around $10

Once you got the SIM card, login to My Account, click Change SIM card, enter the new sim card number and pick email to receive 2FA security code and it should finish shortly

@Atfolade65

You can click to shop tab above or go to a local Walmart or London Drug let them know you need to replace your Public Mobile SIM card.

If you are anywhere near the Mississauga area in Ontario, try Canadian cell supplies.

Once you acquire a new SIM card, use the change Sim function in your self serve and have the verification sent to your email.
