I bought a sim card yesterday from Telus Shop. I would like to request a refund for the Sim Card that I ordered online while I subscribed my plan.

That isn't a live chat.  It's non-real time messaging with a customer support agent. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to check the discussion history as I do not work for Public Mobile.  Please remember that requests to Public Mobile generally cannot be made by posting a message in this Community message forum.  With the exception of the CSA_PM, nobody who has replied in this message thread works for Public Mobile.

Public Mobile doesn't have live chat for customer service, but as you've been told by Public Mobile to ask for a credit, you'll need discuss this with them. I've escalated the case so that a customer support agent will contact you.

sim card is usually a non-refundable item.  But check with PM, if you waited too long for the delivery, you have an argument and PM support might be willing to provide you a credit

That's very simple. Just reach out to a CS Agent and show them a copy of the invoice you paid. They will gladly credit your account. Just sign up, get everything going and when you log into your account, here's how to reach Customer Service.
