Just signed up for the flash sale plan. Attempted to transfer my number from Koodo. Koodo plan was successfully cancelled, and the Public Mobile could not complete the transfer on their end. Keeps failing at setting up an esim. Gives no useful advice, and only resource is a crap chatbot. Try to register my phone as a trusted device after the 10th time having to copy a 2fa code from email. Now it’s sending the code my phone number, which hasn’t been ported and thus is useless. Very unimpressed with the setup process thus far.

It would need to be done with Public Mobile. Please use the following link to write to the Public Mobile customer service and explain your issue to them.

They will respond to your so keep checking on your community inbox. The unfortunate part is that wait times are very long at the moment due to incredibly high volumes. The average wait times are currently 1-2 days for a response back. They will fix the issue when they get back to you though. Hang in there!
