Hi there,
I was on the 90 day 4GB plan and during my second month in there was the 90 day 12GB plan. I switched to it but it did not take affect until today. I just checked my plan data and it only says I have 6GB. Does it not honor the plan promo during my time of switch? If not that seems kind of unfair 😕 Some help please 😞

Include your phone number in the message to the mods, NOT publicly on the forums

Sometimes the additional data needs to be manuallly added by the mods.

When I signed up with a similar promo, it took about 24 hours until the extra bonus data was added to my account. I would say be patient for a day or two, and if the bonus is not added, then contact a Mod and they will help you out.
