I still keep unable sigh in to my account. Even I tried close every windows about public mobile, use the computer and wait for use the computer service next day. Shows email or password is incorrect, try later. Need help for renew the credit card expired.

@Wangyong   You need to use the link in the post by  @hTideGnow   to submit a ticket to customer support who will help with resetting the password. 

 

You can also pay your account by purchasing a voucher from SDM, 7/11, London Drugs or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone.  There's also recharge.com who email the voucher PIN for a small fee.  This gives you more time to deal with the password reset.

 

BTW, everyone responding here is a fellow customer and can only offer advice or suggestions.

 

edit:  @Wangyong   Here's couple of links to customer support as the one in hTideGnow's post is not for customer support.  Try chatbot first and if unable to submit a ticket then send a private message to CS_Agent.

Hi! I try three different browser to reset  my account. All failed. Now I can't pay my phone,and my phone is closed.

did you try using a different browser or use Incognito mode?

 

Try using that and then use the Reset Password there

 

If you are unable to reset password yourself, open ticket with PM CS agent. 


at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot,  start by typing:  Forgot Login Password, then follow the prompt to open the ticket

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
