Should service suspension change promotional plan fee?

Hello,

I was on the $25/month 6 GB 4G plan and my service suspended today. When I go to pay, it says the price is $45/month. Is this expected or a bug? If I lost my promo I just made a major mistake letting it slip.

Also there is a typo on the mobile renewal page (screenshot below) that says “Last susbscription”

Yes, and also apparently some legacy plans have built in discounts too, and you won’t see them reflected in the rate until the charge.

@phoneloser  Oh good must have been your loyalty rewards auto pay and friend referral . That give you the discounts . Happy you got it all sorted out 🙂

Okay, following up on this after talking to support. I don’t fully understand the answer, something to do with discounts, but in the end, it still says $45 but I only had to pay $25 this month again so everything is OK.

@phoneloser  Also if for whatever reason . It’s now $45 for 6GB note there’s also 20GB plan for $39

I am in Ontario, yes I was very happy to get that plan! Thank you I will message them.

@phoneloser  It should be same plan . This must be a Quebec plan I’m guessing I never seen the $25 plan have 6GB that’s a great plan . Have support investigate that for you
