I am a little over one month into the three month plan and I am away from Canada at present. Before I left I forwarded all calls to another Canadian number and that seemed to work for a month or so but presently even though on the phone with that SIM (no service here) it says all calls are forwarded. Whenever I call the number in question it goes directly to voicemail. I left myself a message and voicemail works, but the calls should go to the other Canadian number that I know is working.
This is a pretty serious problem and I don't know how to rectify it from Mexico and I don't expect to be back in Canada for about a month. In the mean time my Public Mobile number is useless to me. I am not receiving calls I have been expecting. Calls to that number dead end at voicemail and these days few leave voicemail. People just hang up and try later.

Thanks. This really sucks and maybe I need a cell provider that has support accessible.

Thanks. It always worked in the past, and for months at a time. Hmmm. If I connet the VOiP to a cellular data source, it might resume working?

Hey @allendick
OK. Did some more recon here and it looks like it's a no go. So apparently you can only call forward your Public Mobile number to another cell phone provider that uses VoLTE. If the number you forwarded to doesn't use VoLTE, it may have worked initially but then came undone. Worst part, you have to use the phone itself to call forward and can't be done by a landline. Wish I had better news.

Ido not see any access to this in the voicemail menu

The link below shows you how.

Can I reset it from the voicemail? How? I can log into voicemail easily enough.

You would have to call your voicemail and then log into the system and reset it back up. One of the many faults using PM.

> I could be mistaken, but I believe call forwarding is not working reliably with public mobile at the moment.
Amen.

I am in Mexico and have no service, so cannot do that. I don't see any way to do it via browser.
I need either to get Mexican service for at least a day (not offered on the PM site) or have support do it for me.

I could be mistaken, but I believe call forwarding is not working reliably with public mobile at the moment.

That is weird. Here's a link that tells you how to re do it. However, not sure it's accuracy anymore because PM never seems to update their own site when there are changes.
