I helped set up a new subscriber and it the process seemed to have ordered and paid for SIM card when one was also included after paying. Can’t contact anyone to cancel . Very difficult to manoeuvre around this site and impossibly to speak to anyone or get through to agents

This is self service. Nobody to call. Create a ticket and they will credit her account.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
