Have I lost all my points after switched to new public rewards, can't see it. When can I use the points to redeem?

This is where I think we're losing most of our value. If we received the advertised 10 points per year we've been with Public, some of us would have 70+ points in the bank plus the 5 welcome present points, plus the friend referrals points, plus the 5% of our monthly bills. This would cost PM too much so they're not giving it to us.
My points have been updated since my plan was renewed yesterday for a total of 12.95 points, that includes the 5 welcome points, referrals, and bill credits.

I can see Referrals points but not Loyalty points on my Public Rewards. Does take time to appear?

I thought I lost all mine too but it seems we need to wait 48 hours (or less) for the referall points to show up. Which also means they keep us here for at least another month before we can apply points for credits.

@ray818 you need to wait for the points to show up and then you need to wait for enough of them to build up before you can redeem them for something. Good luck.

With the points system, the Self Serve account system doesn't show how many ponts you will get in the future. Applicable points will be awarded after your renewals.
