If you mean you just have a new cellphone...just take sim outta old cell and install in new cell. If you're currrently using esim, just download the PM app and log in to your account on the new cellphone to buy a new esim...it'll end up being a free purchase.

PM is an online service and you manage your own account. Not a full service like the mid and top tier carriers.

Agents do not respond here nor read this forum.
Get a PM app, select plan, get sim or esim, pay the bill and use an app to set up an account. Pick temp number and LATER when service is OK port your existing number (if you have it) from another provider.

You don't need CS agent to help setup new phone, and they cant help with that too
Just move your physical sim from old phone to new. Or if you have esim, download PM app on the new phone and login and buy esim from Account, Purchase Sim Card, Esim
