Hello new activation, requesting number port clearly failed as it's been 6 hours.
Unable to log in and do anything as I can't receive or send text messages or calls. So don't receive the text with code to confirm identity. Likely didn't receive the text to confirm port as services not working.
Had to create a whole new account with a friend's email in order to post on the community forum here.
Can someone help ASAP? Ideally a phone number to call an agent. Thank you!

Thanks, how do we know it's not a porting issue? It said activation was successful it even said we could use the temporary number but I never selected a temporary number or was provided one. My credit card was charged as well.

sorry, only porting issue has a number. For your problem, you have to use ticket to contact support agent

yours might not be porting problem but overall account setup problem. You will need support to help
