Hey guys, my friend has a Samsung phone and recently ported over to public, her incoming and outgoing calls and data works fine for months now but ever since she switched she can’t receive or send any pics in messages, I told her I don’t see how it can be a SIM card issue but she also has a few friends with the same phones having the same issue since porting over. I looked at all her settings and it all seems good to me but I’m n iPhone user, I did get it to work with one other user using RCS instead of SMS bit I don’t know what that is or if I can change default to this. Can anyone shed some light for me please?
