was choosing wrong plan when activities my sim card

@svetlanashmelov  First, PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund, once a plan is chosen, it will be there for 30 days.  But  if it is just day 1 or 2 , maybe  PM support can help to switch plan.  Open ticket with them and check (check the end of this reply for how to open ticket)

 

But if it has been long, I guess you need to schedule a plan change for next renewal, expeically if you have choosen a higher price (more data) plan .  Go to My Account, Plan & add-on page, click Change My plan and schedule a plan change by using Change plan on renewal date (Do NOT choose Change plan now or PM will charge you full price of the new plan today, Unused days and data on the old plan will be forfeited, no partial refund)

And if you want to talk to PM support first, this is how to open ticket :

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Hi @svetlanashmelov   PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund or won't be able to make change.

 

Try to submit a ticket with cS agent and hope they can help

f still cannot buy, open ticket with PM CS Agent and ask them to manually buy for you

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

To change plan sign into my Account and go to plan add-ons tab and use yellow arrow to scroll thru 3G and 4G plans .

Once you find plan you want be sure to change on renewal date . So you don’t lose out on current cycle
