OMG!no real agent to chat with.My question is simple:I want to use new simcard on the same phone,if I report a lose or stolen,I am afraid I will lose my phone number.

once you get a new sim, log in to your PM account / Profile / look to the right for My Phone Number and click on the pencil icon beside Sim Card Number /

PM advertising as an online service so all communication is done by private messaging with a CS_Agent.
If you reported Lost or Stolen Phone will only pause service until you get a replacement SIM then click on Change SIM Card Number in the Profile section.
You can purchase a SIM from a Telus/Koodo store for $10 if you need it right away or order from Amazon for $4.99 or Canadian Cell Supplies online for $3.99 for fast shipping.
If you order from PM, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

If you have the new SIM in hand now you can change it right away. If you don’t have it yet you can list your SIM as lost or stolen by going to the profile tab, scrolling all the way down and you’ll see the option to report lost or stolen. Then you can change the SIM when you have the new one and resume service.

You will not lose your phone number, it will just prevent the SIM card from being used. Once you have a new one in hand you can go to the profile tab, scroll down the “my number” section and then hit the pencil icon beside your current SIM number to enter in the number associated with your new one.
