been waiting for an hour service still down going back to fido lucky I only purchased a month of this service

how long has it been?  You are not at the step with the QR code yet? 

Message support to ask them to send you the QR code:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you

i just need a new esim why does it take so long to get it

did all that my service was disconnected taking 3 hours to get a new esim sent to me

@Brokeguy you just joined and the sim card didn't connect?  if that is the case, just message support and they can fix it, it is just sim provisioning issue.  You can message them  here:
