ESIM activation

I just activated a new subscription with an ESIM and during the activation, i got an error. Now i can't find a new QR code or i don't know what details to input manually to retry.  Everything has already been charged to my card.

Customer service agent usually will respond within a few hours. Check your private message inbox.  Envelope on upper right corner of website.  Getting a physical SIM card will unlikely to help especially if the account was not set up properly.
