What does your plan costs? You say you added minutes. Adding minutes with add-on doesn't reactivate your account from suspensiion and adding money doesn't add minutes. The full plan cost needs to be paid.

Did you have a credit card fraud problem recently?
Along with your balance, did it say it was suspended?
Are you able to access the email account that you registered here? Is there some other problem with logging in to your account?

@KATT1980 did you reboot the phone?
Best to login to My Account ueimg Incognito mode and check the account status there. Check if the money you loaded is at Available fund. If it is try to click Reactivate my plan
In case, you have no access to My Account, first
try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

Yes voucher and it would of been enough for my plan is there away I can reboot my account

@KATT1980 your post didn't see quite complete...?
The person who set up pin..was this someone in store/retail? If you activated instore, it is likely you may have not registered to log into your My Account yet.
If not, and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link
Once in My Account you can add vouchers or make a manual payment with a credit card to reactivate your account.

What messaging do you see on the self-serve landing page after logging in?
Try rebooting device, resetting network connections, toggling airplane mode on and off, and removing and reinserting your sim card.
I presume your account was not suspended for greater than 90 days, because if it was, it is irretrievable to be reactivated.
