My service is not working. I paid $45 at February 6th for 15GB, but I could only use 1GB and I couldn't call anyone even though it's suppose to be unlimited calls. I paid $28 at March 8th and my service is still not working. I can't call anyone.

HI @bighouse_1 You have login to My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode and confirm your account is really active?
Your phone, does it connect to PM network or not connecting?
Can you test your PM sim in another phone?
And can you receive calls?
If you test all these and nothing works, please submit ticket with PM CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
