It keeps reverting to my wife's account on our computer. It says improper email or password and won't allow me to create/reset password.

HI @JDarling92 so you have two accounts already created? if true, then try using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode and do not use saved password , type in the password
If you are unsure a second account was created, submit a ticket with CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@JDarling92 - if you activated in store it is possible you thought 2 online accounts were registered during the activation process.
But each account requires its own unique email.
If the 2nd account has never been created/registered for or still having issues logging into YOUR account, you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link

@JDarling92 Try using incognito/private browsing mode and try logging in again. Seems like you're having cache/cookies related issues.
