My wife and I both signed up for the Cda/US/Mexico plan and the first time in the US can’t get any service. Why do we need addons when we purchased the 3 country plan?

@Jfalk14 Are you not connecting to anything at all, no voice calls, texts or data? Or is it just voice calls? For voice calls in the USA you need a VoLTE approved phone, so if data and texts work but not voice calls that could be the problem. If you're not getting data make sure to turn on data roaming in your settings as already mentioned. If you're not connecting at all, set the phone to 4G/LTE instead of 3G or 5G, and try each of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon to see if you can connect to any of them.

all PM'ers will get that message when they leave Canada...(even when close to US border sometimes.) Long as you have the Canada/US/Mx plan, you don't need any additional add-ons. Make sure to enabled Roaming Data in settings.
