Why sim card always not working. Always disconnected. No signal. I cant call text or they can call the no but its not ringing! No data. I reaer everything its still not working. Also when sending a code on my no its not showing up. Idk what to do with this

@Skylouisse it sounds like there is a problem with the phone then if the sim works in the other one. Is there somewhere you can take the phone to get it checked out?

I tried it to my other phone and it work. And idk what happen because it was working on my other phone before

just so you're clear...your PM account is only active for 30 days at a time...not 1 month. It can be confusing if you think it's a 1 month plan when it's only 30 days, so plan renewal days will usually shift.

@Skylouisse are you able to try your sim card in another phone (assuming you don't have an e-sim) to test it?

Its not my first month. Its just there are days that it was like this but now it almost a week without network. Its saying its not available it is not connected

@Skylouisse How long ago did it stop working? Is this your first month with Public Mobile and if so did you port in your phone number from another provider?

@Skylouisse Public Mobile plans are 30 days so it cannot always be 3rd day of the month. Are you sure the account is still active? Did you check via 611 or the app/website account info?

It was always been like this my due date is 3rd day of the month and i check the usage its not used all the data nor everything

@Skylouisse have you checked that your account is active and has not been suspended due to non-payment?
