I have tried to renew my plan and have paid for it as well, yet my subscription will not renew. please help me!

Was your plan suspended before you did this?
Is the amount you paid displaying in your available funds on self-serve?
Does the payment amount display in your payment history as a plan renewal amount?
What do you hear when you dial 611 from the device? It should provide verbal messaging about the account status when you call that number...
Try rebooting your device, resetting network connections, or toggling airplane mode on/off. Also, if you have access to another device, try your PM SIM card in that device to see if service resumes.
