While attempting to suspend autopay i needed a 4 digit number. My account was set up originally by a person in a local store which is now closed, and i assume he put in a number but did not give it to me. The 611 computer will not let me go fwd. without one. Is there a solution or any way to speak to a human at Public?

If your activation was done in a store awhile ago and you didn't get around to creating your self service account, then you'll definitely have to get help from a Customer Support Agent.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started.
Or send a private message to CS_Agent
If you have trouble getting a service ticket.

@mk9lobo do you know the My Account login? You can login to My Account and disable Autopay. You can also reset your 4 digits PIN there
if you do not remember the My Account login , try to reset your password using the Reset Password link
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
If that does not work, , open ticket with PM Support to have it reset
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@mk9lobo There is no one to speak to with pm everything is done online but you can reach out to a agent
Getting help from agent , through automation
Or get direct help from a agent right here in the community ( my preferred choice )
