Service reactivactivation

On Dec. 1  my account was suspended for an expired credit card. I contacted online and submitted payment which is on my account as paid and active on Dec. 1 it is now Dec. 3rd and my account is still not reactivated. My credit card says they took the payment Dec.1st. I need my phone.

You have to manually restart service. Do you see reactivate button?

Clear your browser cache and log into self service using incognito. What is your account status...is it Active? Is the money sitting in Available Funds? What does payment history say?
