Hello Public Mobile Support,
I accidentally deleted my Public Mobile eSIM from my iPhone, and my phone now only shows “SOS.” Because of this, I am unable to receive SMS messages or verification codes.
I also tried scanning my original eSIM QR code again, but it would not let me add the eSIM back.
I am currently in the process of transferring my phone number to another carrier, but I cannot complete the transfer because I am unable to receive the required SMS authorization.
Could you please issue me a new eSIM as soon as possible or advise me on the fastest way to restore my service?
Please let me know if you need any information to verify my identity. I am happy to provide whatever is required.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I would appreciate your help as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Jophy

how did you "pause" your account. Be aware that if your account was suspended for more than 89 days, that account has been deactivated. Now you gotta start over with a new account and a new esim, but using a different email address. You may not be able to get your old number back either.
How and when did you pause it ?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I just wanted to clarify that I had previously paused my account. After that, I accidentally deleted my eSIM, and now I’m unable to receive the verification code because my phone number is no longer active on my device.

you will log in to your Public Mobile account and buy a replacement esim....it'll end up being a free replacement. If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either "Send email" or "Send Voice Message"
