I was able to find your account and I do see the payment, however the plan did not renew. Rest assured that I've just activated it for you, please turn your off and back on and everything should be working 🙂

Are you able to log into self serve to see if anything is activated? We can go from there.
Do you see any balance posted on your self server account ? etc.
Is it suspended?
