I’m currently on the subscription for Canada US snd Mexico coverage. I have a trip planned for Mazatlan mexico. Will my phone work without having to purchase a Sim card in Mazatlan.

yes, it will.  

Make sure you enable Mobile Roaming data on your phone and make sure your phone connects to Telcel or AT&T when you are there
