Hi. would anyone help me see how to contact Public Mobile's technical support? Last phone call that I got was at 5:29 a.m. after that the status bar on my phone shows in trouble. I am able neither to make nor to receive phone calls except the ones to 611. I have no data as well of course. This is very awkward. If no service tomorrow I will be forced to migrate to another carrier. It's a pity.

hi @phgbzoo_pmob68 it sounds like either account not active or network problem
can you call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and check if your OM account is active?
also, which city and province you are at?
can you test yuur sim card on another phone as well?

Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, does the map show network downage? If you don't understand the map, what city/province are you in?

Phone on prepaid and credit card ok. I did everything you mention above but resetting my network? How to do that? Thanks for having replied.

Is your phone bill paid? Can you log into your account either on the phone app or online to see if your account is paid in full? Credit card expired? Dialling 611 should tell you the same. Have you rebooted your phone? You can try resetting your networks settings and reboot as well.
