Service not working

The service has not been working for a few days. No phone, no sms, no data, and no one to help. I am going on a loop here. Is anyone else have this trouble?

Hello all, I was able to reach a customer service agent, and he refreshed my network settings, and everything seems to work now. Thank you for your goodwill and assistance in this matter. Now. I know where to look for help first!

"their concern is only the payment", does that mean it said account is not currently suspended?

remember, autopay could fail, it might be the reason and your account was not renewed

and can you confirm if you can login My Account?

@VaSivasu  So can you log into your account and confirm the account is active , I think auto pay may have failed in that case you would need to make manual payment on the payment page using credit card on file , or buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart can load on same payment page or use *611

Thank you for all your help. I am on autopay, so no issue there, have rebooted many times. When I call the number, their concern is only the payment, which is taken regularly. I am still stuck.

Hi @VaSivasu 

did you try the sim card in another phone?

did you check My Account and confirm if account status is still active? if you are not able to login My Account because of the 2FA, you can try to call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and check the account status that way

Try Reset All Networks on the phone as well

if same, ask PM support to help , message them

@VaSivasu sounds like either an outage in your area or your payment didn't go through so your account is not active, try the suggestions @Handy1 provided but in addition, do you have access to another cell phone that you can try your SIM card in? Or do you know of anyone else in your area that has Public Mobile to confirm if there's is working? We haven't heard of any outages lately.

if account is active and no outage and reboot phone didn’t work you can try to reset network settings is still not working ask support to help and find out what’s going on
