Service not working at all. I texted this morning and now it's saying my service is not connected. Please help!!

Can't hear called party, PM OG

TELUS Landline calls OK

Can't call other PUBLIC Mobile numbers.  rings but can't be heard.  been  like this all day.

Could be temporary outage.

Try later or ask somebody in your area with PM service how they do...

My data did not work 2 days ago before 9am. I did not start screaming and posting help messages. Just be patient and do not expect ANY service from ANY company to be all the time 100%.

@Geminijune   It looks from your past post that you joined PM in February this year, so the service was working fine up until today?  Have you tried turning airplane mode on for a minute or two and then off again?  Are there any Telus outages in your areas?

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?

if SMS, probably a problem with activation.  Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
