Service not fully working

Cannot receive or send pictures threw Facebook messenger, was able to yesterday but not today, missing some calls and texts also , customer service has been zero help, other then suggesting I order a new sim..which will take a week to get here atleast , loosing so much money from work because of these , I wish I had never switched to PM , it’s been trouble from day one

My data does not work properly and hasn’t since day one, I’m missing calls , texts aren’t always sending , I have restarted , erased network settings, tried my sim in my daughters phone and the same things are wrong..

Not sure if a new SIM card will make a big difference.

Facebook messenger needs either working data or Wifi connection.  Does your data work properly?  

Which model phone do you have?  

A few basic troubleshooting advice:

Reboot phone

Network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi settings)

Toggle airplane mode on, then off. 

Try your SIM card in another working phone.  This will help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.

@Rpalmer  You can call  around  to local Telus Koodo  store for PM SIM cards . Also Amazon has them right now $4.99 I think and have it in 2 days usually from there .
