I ported to Public Mobile yesterday and using esim on iphone 11 pro. They say that the service is active but I can’t make or receive any calls, nor can I use internet. I’m stuck with this. I restarted more than 10 times and also reset network settings. Nothing helped. Is there anything else I can do. I have already wasted so many hours of my time.

I already approved the port. The old service is already canceled.

Are you using the same phone as the previous service provider? If so, you may not have received their text asking about porting your number. If you have another phone, you may wish to put your old service providers SIM card into it and wait for that text to approve the port.
