@rodnm you opened ticket with PM support yet? if so, they will reply via Community inbox and not email
And can you give us more details amd we can try to help
you login My Account usong Incognito mode and confirm your account status is Active?
is your phone able to connect to PM network? or not connected and showing error? what error message?
