I can't top up, its dropping the call every time I dial *611. How can I top up my account? I don't have a self-serve account. Can someone assist me please? Thank you.

To edit your post, click the downward facing arrow on the top right of your initial post and choose edit function.
It's never a good idea to post your personal information, such as your full name and phone number on a public forum.
Adding: I note your community username is also your actual name. For future reference, probably not a good idea to use your actual name in public forum usernames.

For *611, they are working to fix it, you can try 1.855.4PUBLIC and see if it works
So, you don't have an My Account setup? are you trying to load voucher into your account, you can try to open ticket with PM support using direct message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
For long term, you should open a ticket with PM support to create a My Account login,

this week, there's been "issues" with 611 system.
If you can wait until tomorrow...things should be cleared up.
