I subscribed in May 19 for $34 US CANADA plan, so far I have no service at all

where BC? rural area or city?

try to reboot the phone first, the manually choose Public Mobile from network connection (don't use automatic)

change the network to 4G or LTE and try


@Xiaodongsabrina  We're only customers like you here and can't see your account and would need more information (not personal) to be able to help.  Are you a new customer or an existing customer that changed plans?  Do you have a Public  Mobile sim card or esim?  If you prefer you can contact Public Mobile customer service by submitting a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

@Xiaodongsabrina   Do you mean you have no service in the USA or do you have no service in Canada, or both?  If you're in the USA you need to be connecting to either AT&T or T-Mobile (not Verizon) and set the phone to 4G/LTE and have data roaming turned on  More details would help, like where you are and does anything work at all?
