I have a new phone and it is showing me my old plan. I already paid for a new plan also i have minutes  and extra GB, i need my new plan on my new phone.

is voice working? the phone connected to PM network?

What brand and model of phone is that?

Try to click Reset All networks and see if it helps

The plan i have is seen on the desk top but not on my cell phone , my phone is showing me the old plan of 2 GB when I have 20GB.

@Nick_888  So if it’s showing as 20GB on website I think you’re safe this being the $39 for 20GB plan I assume . If you not aware there a plan that expires today $44 30GB plan opt in it for 90 days and pay $39 30GB so pay $117 ($39 x3 ) for 90 days with 90GB to use

@Nick_888 - could be displaying incorrectly. When is your renewal date, OR when did you change your plan?

When you dial 611, how much data is telling you that you have remaining on your account?

@Nick_888   if that is the case, it is just a browser cache issue. 

on your phone, if you are checking via mobile browser, open a Incognito tab and access My Account that way.  Or you can clear cache before access My Account

@Nick_888 - ensure you are seeing refreshed data on your account and not cache version...esjliv_0-1679317639411.png

 

 

Did you change your plan NOW or on Next Renewal? When is your renewal date if you choose Next Renewal?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
