 September 1st I upgraded to the 10 gig plan for $50

 

I got Billed $57.00

 

 October the 1st I got bills $57 for my 10 gig plan

 My usual renewal date for my previous plan was October the 2nd

 

Today I got build $40 from 25 cents 5 cents for my previous my previous 5 gig plan

 

 What is Is it with public mobile For over a year they have been removing every incentive to stay with them.

 

They can't get billing right

 They took away 4 gigs of my previous plan with no explanation than no one to call

 

Their service has become a sub standard

 

And I'm left here to rent in this community not because I expect any type of resolution But basically to bad mouth this sad excuse for a cellular service provider.

 

I look forward to bad mouthing public mobile to everybody that asks for advise on what's cell provider to chose and convince everyone I initially recruited to change to another provider.

 

I will ensure friends, family, and my personal clients, and subcontractors do not do business with public mobile.

 

Just to ensure the people I initially referred to public mobile terminate their service I'm going to pay their first 2 months to switch to another provider.

 

NO WAY PUBLIC MOBILE WILL LAST ANOTHER YEAR IN TODAYS MARKET. YOU OFFER NOTHING BUT SUBSTANDARD SERVICE AND A BAD HEADACHE

first PM is on a 30 days cycle.   There is no "usual billing date" as PM is 30 days cycle.  The cycle start date/billing date will keep moving.  It will move up one day after a 31 days month.  So, if Sept 1 was the last bill, Oct 1 is the next bill is correct. 

 

You said you got billed on Oct 1 and again today (Oct 2??).  Where you found it out?  credit card?  You didn't make any manual plan change again today?  If not, maybe it is a pending charge?

 

Can you login to My Account using Incognito mode and check again?  The site has some cache issue and best is to use Incognito mode to get the latest info.  Go to My Account's Payment History and check if you see all the payment entries you described (Oct 1 and Oct 2).    Would you mind to post screenshot here as well so we can advise further?  Post screenshot showing last payment (Sept 1) as well as those afterwards
