@Michwhea, is your account showing $140 in Available Funds? Sounds like there was an issue with your renewal if your payment was made showing a $0 balance but service has been suspended. Some suggest adding $1 to your account and sometimes that will work. You can try that in the meantime I would submit a trouble ticket to the moderators. You can do that by clicking on the "?" in the bottom right corner of the screen and following the prompts with SIMon.

When was your renewal date? Usually the system shows suspended around that time even if you have credit
